MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS TO CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM INDUSTRIAL USE TO RESIDENTIAL USE IN D. No. 423/B, 425/(P), 438 (P) OF POTTURU VILLAGE, GUNTUR MANDAL & DISTRICT TO AN EXTENT OF 78,570.24 Sq.Mtrs. OR Ac. 19.414 Cents. DRAFT VARIATION - NOTIFIED IN G.O.Ms.No.387, MA Dt: 06-08-2013.

--x--In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders for change of land use from Industrial use to Residential use in D.N.o. 423/B, 425(P), 438(P) and 439(P) of Potturu Village, Guntur Mandal & District to an extent of 78,570.24 Sq.Mtrs. OR Ac. 19.414 Cents subject to certain conditions. [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, March 9, 2018 In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government issued orders modifying condition No. 8 of G.O. 1st read above as "the applicant shall maintain 9 mtrs green buffer towards existing industries and subject to NOC from neighboring land owners".

In the letter 4th read above, the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada has reported that the matter was put up in the 16th Executive Committee of APCRDA meeting for decision and committees vide resolution No. 73/2017 resolved to recommend the Government. to delete part of the condition No. 8 in the G.O. 2nd read above "subject to NOC from neighboring land owners".

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby modify the condition No. 8 in G.O.Ms.No. 387, MA&UD Department dt : 06-08-2013 is as follows :

"The applicant shall maintain 9 mtrs green buffer towards existing industries".
