INCLUSION OF CERTAIN VILLAGES TO THE NOTIFIED AREA OF AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, JAGGAIAHPETA DULY EXCLUDING FROM THE NOTIFIED AREAS OF THE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, NANDIGAMA.

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (4) read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stocks) Markets Act, 1966 (Act. No 16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture (Agril.IV) Department dated 29th day of October, 1968 published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 7th November, 1968 Part II miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare its intention to exclude certain villages and mandals from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Nandigama and include in the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee Jaggaiahpeta as "specified in Annexure -II" and existing villages in the existing Agricultural Market Committee of Nandigama and Jaggaiahpeta as shown in Annexure -IA and B, respectively as the remaining area of Agricultural Market Committees, Nandigama and Jaggaiahpeta after inclusion and exclusion of villages and mandals as specified in Annexure - IIIA and B respectively for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestocks specified in Schedule -II and other commodities added to the said list of the aforesaid notification from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No.286, dt:05.07.1994.
Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
Objections and suggestions should be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Agricultural and Cooperation (Mktg.I) Department, Andhra Pradesh, Velagapudi through the Spl. Commissioner and Director of Agril., Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur in duplicate.
