NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (ix) of Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991, read with G.O.Ms. No.260, General Administration (Ser. C) Department, Dated : 04.09.2003, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby remove Dr. M. Phani Madhuri, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Nallajerla, W est Godavari District from Government Service with immediate effect for her unauthorized absence from duty with effect from 15.12.2007."
