NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Amendments to the Special Rules for the posts of Superintendent Grade-I (Gazetted) and Private Secretary to Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in the Andhra Pradesh Commissionerate of Commercial Taxes Services issued in G.O.Ms.No.607, Revenue (CT-I) Dept., Dated : 01-07-2010:
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-IAMENDMENTS
In Rule 4 of the said Rules, in the TABLE, in column (3),
(1) against Serial Number (1), category of Superintendent Grade-I (Gazetted) in column (2), for the expression "three (3) years", the expression "two (2) years" shall be substituted.
(2) against Serial No.2, category of Private Secretary to Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in column (2) for the expressions "three years", the expression "two (2) years" shall be substituted.
