Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri M. Srihari Babu, Joint Secretary to Government (Non cadre), Law Department, whose name is included in the panel of 2017-2018 in the reference 2nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Additional Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of pay of Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-110850 with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy.
The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs.etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.

Narayana, Joint Secretary to Government (Translations), (Non-cadre) Law Department, whose name is included in the panel of 2017-2018 in the reference 2nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Additional Secretary to Government (Translations), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of pay of Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-110850 with other usual allowances in the vacant post of Additional Secretary to Government (Non-cadre), Law Department utilized as Additional Secretary to Government (Translations), Law Department.

Srihari Babu, Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre), Law Department as Additional Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) in the reference 3rd read above.
