FIXATION OF FEE STRUCTURE FOR LLB/BL (3/5 YEARS) COURSES IN Sri PRASUNNA COLLEGE OF LAW, KURNOOL FOR THE BLOCK PERIOD 2017-18 TO 2019-20.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Admissions into 3 years and 5 years LLB/BL Courses through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2006 issued in the G.O.Ms.No.64, Higher Edn. (UE.II) Dept., Dated : 26-05-2006, read with sub­rule (V) of Rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (for Professional courses offered in Private Un-aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 6, Higher Education (EC.2) Dept., Dated : 08-01-2007, and in pursuance of the Minutes of the meeting of the AFRC held on 07.11.2017, received in the From the A.O, AFRC, Tadepalli, Guntur Dist., letter. No.3/AFRC/FFC (LAW) 2017/114, Dated : 15-11-2017, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notify the Fee structure for Under Graduate Law LLB/BL (3/5 Years) courses for a fee of Rs.9,600/- for 3 years LL.B., and 5 years B.A. LL.B course in Sri Prasunna College of Law, Kurnool for the block period 2017-18 to 2019-20.

[1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I The following Special Fees for the Block period 2017-18 to 2019-20 is fixed for Under Graduate Law LLB/BL (3/5 Years) courses:-

(i) Rs.1,000/- as one-time payment per student at the time of admission towards Admission / Registration / Recognition fees and half of such amount of Rs. 1,000/- so collected shall be remitted by the Institutions to the concerned University.

(ii) Rs. 1,000/- per annum per student during the 3 years /5 years Courses towards the students related special services rendered by them, as detailed below and the said amount shall be retained by the institution:-

Particulars of the amounts that can be collected from the B.L/LL.B (3 years & 5 Years) Course students towards the students related Special services per annum are:-

(iii) Rs.500/- towards Library deposit by way of refundable caution deposit at the time of admission only as one-time payment.

The Government also issues the following directions to the Sri Prasunna Law College, Kurnool imparting 3/5 year LLB/BL courses.

(i) The Institution shall not charge any capitation fee or any amount unauthorisedly or illegally under any other head or guise (e.g., donation etc.), either directly or indirectly, other than the fee fixed by the Committee, as collection of any such unauthorized amounts would amount to charging of Capitation Fee, and that the surplus (profit) that is generated from the collection of the Fee must be for the benefit of the institution, and cannot be diverted for other purposes or for personal gain.

(ii) The institution is informed that the fixation of the Fee Structure by the Committee will not by itself enable or permit the managements to run the relevant courses in their institutions, if they are otherwise not duly recognized and permitted by the Government or BCI/UGC/ Concerned University/Government Department at any relevant time.

(iii) If it is found that the data given by the institution is not correct, the Fee shall be subject to change at a later date and this fact shall be informed to the University or Competent Authority concerned for taking necessary action in accordance with law.
