AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE-II OF G.O.Ms.No. 2095, FOOD AND AGRICULTURE (AGRIL-IV) DEPARTMENT DATED : 29-12-1968 - DE-NOTIFYING "FRUITS & VEGETABLES" UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE ANDHDRA PRADESH (AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE & LIVE STOCK) MARKETS ACT, 1966.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section(3) Section 3 read with clause (i) of Section 2 of AP (Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act,1966 (Act 16 of 1966) the Governor of A.P. hereby makes the following amendment to the schedule-II of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095 Food &. Agri. (Agri-IV) Department Dated 29 th October 1968 having been previously published in Part-III of AP Gazette Dated : 08-12-1971 as required under sub section 1 and 2 of Section 3 of the said Act.
AMENDMENT
In schedule-II of the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095 Food & Agriculture Department, dated 29 th October 1968, in the table under the heading II. Fruit Group and III. Vegetable Group, the following shall be deleted.

Lime March 22, 2018] ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 3 If the voluntary trade is conducted within Market Yard, user charges shall be paid by the buyer to the Market Committee at the rate of not exceeding 1% of the turnover as may be prescribed in the bye-laws of the market committee for the utilization of infrastructure in the Market Yard and services rendered by the AMC in the conducting transactions.
This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-A-C, AHDDF,CS) Department vide their FIN01-38027/30/FMU(A&CACS)/ 2018 FIN., Dated : 19-3- 2018.
