AMENDMENT TO THE SPECIFYING THE PLACE OF SITTING OF V ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE'S COURT AT ALLAGADDA, IN KURNOOL DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby amend the Notification issued in G.O.Rt.No.205, Law (L, LA & J-Home-Courts.A) Department, Dated : 21-03-2018.
AMENDMENT
AmendmentIn the said Notification after the words, "shall sit at" the words, "Kurnool, Adoni, Nandyal and" shall be inserted.
