PERMISSION ACCORDED TO TAKING OVER SAIRAM EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, JAWALI STREET, PALAMANER, CHITTOOR DISTRICT, CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COLLEGE FROM ASR DEGREE COLLEGE TO RK DEGREE COLLEGE AND SHIFTING THE COLLEGE FROM GANDLA KOTHUR, YADAMARI MANDAL, CHITTOOR DISTRICT TO # 20-92-02, NAIDU BUILDINGS, CHITTOOR MANDAL AND DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 100 of the A.P. Education Act, 1982, the Government hereby accord permission to the Management of Srinivasa Trust, Chittoor for (i) taking over Sairam Educational Society, Jawali Street, Palamaner, Chittor District, (ii) changing name of the college from ASR Degree College to RK Degree College and (iii) shifting the ASR Degree College from Gandla Kothur, Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District to # 20-92-02, Naidu buildings, Chittoor Mandal and District in relaxation of Rule-9(2)(b) and Rule14(3) of G.O.Ms. No. 29, Education Dept., dated : 05-02-1987.
The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District, shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
