NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 10 (a)(i) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the Deputy Commissioners of Labour mentioned in column No. (2) in the table below are hereby temporarily promoted as Joint Commissioners of Labour against the Roster points mentioned against them in column No. (3) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 52590-1360-53950-1460-58330- 1560- 63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520- 103290.

a. Consequent on the promotion as Joint Commissioner of Labour Smt. A. Rani, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Ananthapuram is posted as Welfare Commissioner, A.P., Labour Welfare Board in the existing vacancy.

b. Consequent on the promotion as Joint Commissioner of Labour Sri M. Rama Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Eluru is posted as Joint Commissioner of Labour, Eluru in the arising vacancy on promotion of Sri. B. Ajay, Joint Commissioner of Labour, Eluru as Additional Commissioner of Labour.

c. Consequent on the promotion as Joint Commissioner of Labour Sri S. Y. Sreenivas, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Nellore is posted as Joint Commissioner of Labour, Kurnool in the exisiting vacancy.

The promotions ordered in para (1) above is subject to directions/outcome of OAs/WPs/ WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before the Tribunal/Courts etc. The Officers should join in the promotion post within the period prescribed in the A.P. State Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
