ESTABLISHMENT OF SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT AT BAPATLA BY SHIFTING THE III ADDITIONAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE-CUM-ASSISTANT SESSION JUDGE'S COURT (FTC), GUNTUR

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby establish a Fast Track Court in the cadre of Additional Senior Civil Judge-Cum-Assistant Sessions Judge at Bapatla, by shifting the III Additional Senior Civil Judge-Cum-Assistant Session Judge's Court (FTC), Guntur from Guntur, as was ordered vide G.O.Ms. No.1, Law (L,LA&J Home Courts A) Department Dated: 2-1-2018.
