CONFIRMATION OF DRAFT VARIATION TO NUZIVIDU GENERAL TOWN PLAN NOTIFIED VIDE ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY NO.545, DATED.28/08/2017

It is to inform that Nuzividu General Town Plan was approved and notified Vide G.O.Ms.No.477.M.A, Dated 19/09/2000. The request for deletion of 5 Master plan roads (R1, R2, R4,R5,R6) and one master plan road for re-alignment (R3-1) measuring to an extent of 4671.08 m2 falls in R.S.No 858, 888(P) of Nuzividu Municipality, Krishna District was considered in the Executive Committee meeting of APCRDA held on 02-08-2017.
After approval of the above said change of land use in the Executive Committee meeting, draft variation was published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette Extraordinary, Andhra Jyothi Telugu daily newspaper and The Hindu English daily news paper on 28.08.2017 inviting Objections and Suggestions from the public with in 15 days period from the date of publication i.e., till 11.09.2017. No Objections/Suggestions were received during the above said period and the matter was put up before Executive Committee of APCRDA on 08 -03- 2018 for approval of said change of land use and the same was approved by the Executive Committee.
Hence, notice is hereby given that modifications made to the Nuzividu General Town Plan notified Vide G.O.Ms.No.477.M.A, Dated 19/09/2000 as said above are notified under section 41(4) of APCRDA Act,2014. The modifications shall come into operation from the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.
APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014) and G.O.Ms No.95 Dt.23/4/2016 the APCRDA, hereby makes the following variation to the Nuzividu General Town Plan notified Vide G.O.Ms.No.477.M.A, Dated 19/09/2000 and as required under section 41(3) of the said Act, Draft variation was previously published in Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.545, Dt.28/08/2017.
VARIATION
The area of 5 Master plan roads (R1, R2, R4, R5, R6) proposed for deletion and one master plan road for re-allignment (R3-1) measuring to an extent of 4671.08 m2 falls in R.S.No 858, 888(P) of Nuzividu Municipality, Krishna District with the following schedule of boundaries in APIIC Layout in the General Town Planning scheme sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.477.M.A.Dt.19/09/2000. Industrial land use is proposed for the area of roads deleted and realigned. Further details of the proposed changes are available in the office of APCRDA, Lenin Centre, Vijayawada and also available in APCRDA web site www.crda.ap.gov.in subject to the following conditions:
1. The owners /applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by anyone on account of change of land use proposed.
2. The change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.
3. APIIC shall bring the layout inconformity with rules before approaching the Competent Authority for regular permission.
4. Any other conditions as may be imposed by The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada.

The following schedule for APIIC layout in R.S.No. 858, 888(P) of Nuzividu Municipality, Krishna District in which deletion of 5 Master Plan Roads (R1, R2, R4, R5 &R6) & Re- alignment of Master plan Road (R3-1) as shown in APIIC Layout to an extent 4671.08 m2 is given below:

South : Sy.No.885, 886,887, 919 & 920 in Nuzividu Municipality
East : Sy.No.857 in Nuzividu Municipality
West : Sy.No.867, 868 & 859 in Nuzividu Municipality
