AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE-II OF G.O. Ms.No.2095, FOOD AND AGRICULTURE (AGRIL-IV) DEPARTMENT DT:29-12-1968 - DE-NOTIFYING OF "COTTON SEED" FROM SCHEDULE-II UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH (AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE & LIVE STOCK) MARKETS ACT,1966.

PRELIMENARY NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(3) of Section 3 read with clause (i) of Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act,1966 (Act 16 of 1966). the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the schedule-II of the notification issued in G.O.Ms. No. 2095 Food & Agri. (Agri-IV) Department Dated 29th October 1968 having been previously published in Part -III of AP Gazette Dt: 08 12-1971 as required under sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the said Act.
Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.

AMENDMENT
In schedule-II of the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095 Food & Agriculture (Agri-IV) Department, Dated: 29th October 1968, in the table under the heading I, Agricultural Group (including forest produce and dairy products), SI.No.38 " Cotton Seed" shall be omitted.
