CONFIRMATION OF DRAFT VARIATION TO – DETAILED MASTER PLAN OF CAPITAL CITY- AMARAVATI, ANANTHAVARAM VILLAGE(P), THULLURU (M), GUNTUR (D) NOTIFIED VIDE ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRA ORDINARY No 14 Dt. 04/01/2018.
FileNo.CRDA-11021/14/2017: Detailed Master Plan of Capital city Amaravati was notified vide Guntur district Gazette extra ordinary no 18 dated 23/2/2016.The request for change of land use from P3 – Protected Zone (Blue for proposed reservoir) for an extent of Ac.491.00 to S3 – Special Zone, From P3 – Protected Zone (Blue for proposed reservoir) for an extent of Ac.11.00 to P1- Passive Zone,. From P3- Protected Zone (Green) to S3 – Special Zone for an extent of Ac.141.00, From U1 – Reserve Zone to S3 – Special Zone for an extent of Ac. 9.00 in Ananthavaram village (P), Thulluru (M), Guntur (D) was considered in the Executive Committee meeting of APCRDA held on 22/11/2017.
After approval of the above said change of land use in the Executive Committee meeting, draft variation was published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette Extraordinary, Andhra jyothi Telugu daily newspaper and The Hindu English daily news paper on 04/01/2018 inviting Objections and Suggestions from the public giving 15 days period from the date of publication. No Objection/Suggestion was received during the above said period and the matter was put up before Executive Committee of APCRDA on 08/03/2018 for approval of said change of land use and the same was approved by the Executive Committee.
Hence, notice is hereby given that modifications made to the Detailed Master Plan of Capital city Amaravati notified vide Guntur district Gazette extra ordinary no 18 dated 23/2/2016.as said above are notified under section 41(4) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The modifications shall come into operation from the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.
APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014(Act no 11 of 2014) and G.O.Ms No 95 Dt. 23/4/2016 the APCRDA, hereby makes the following draft variation to the Detailed Master Plan of Capital city Amaravati notified vide Guntur district Gazette extra ordinary no 18 dated 23/2/2016 and as required under section 41(3) of the said Act, Draft variation was previously published in AP Gazette extra ordinary no 14 dated 04/01/2018.
VARIATION
The land use proposed in the Detailed Capital City Master Plan – Amaravati notified vide Guntur district Gazette extra ordinary no. 18 Dated 23/02/2016 for the site measuring to an extent of 652 Acres in Ananthavaram village(P), Thulluru (M), Guntur district gets affected as tabulated below. Further details of the proposed change are available in the office of APCRDA, Lenin Centre, Vijayawada and also available in APCRDA web site www.crda.ap.gov.in
