In the Circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, Government of A.P, Guntur vide reference 4 th read above, Government after careful examination, hereby issue the followingAmendment to Para-3 of the G.O.Ms.No.235, Agriculture & Cooperation (Mktg.II) Department, Dt:15.09.2003. V. Acceptance of Tenders a) Superintending Engineer	a) The tenders will be finalized by the SE(AM) up to their powers to accord technical sanction. Maximum ceiling limit to approve the tenders upto 10% excess over the value put to tender	a) The tenders will be finalized by the SE(AM) upto estimate value of Rs.50.00 Lakhs.Maximum ceiling limit to approve the tenders upto 5% excess over the value put to tender for Civil works.
b) Tender Committee	b) The value of estimate is more than Rs.50.00 Lakhs by the committee with the following members for accepting the tenders. i) Director of Marketing ii) Chief Engineer (R&B) iii) Superintending Engineer (M)	b) The value of estimate is more than Rs.50.00 Lakhs upto Rs.2.00 Crores with the following members for accepting the tenders. i) Commissioner & Director of Agrl. Marketing, ii) Chief Engineer (R&B) iii) Superintending Engineer (AM)
		c) The tenders for the works costing more than Rs.2.00 Crores will be referred to C.O.T along with technical bid and price bid evaluation for approval of tenders.
