Read: 1) Progs Rc.No.3415/2017-NC2, Dated:17.11.2017 of the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool.

2) Inspection Report U/s 52 of the APCS Act 1964 of the Assistant Registrar/Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool.

3) Letter Rc.No.3415/2017-NC2, Dated: 14.03.2018 of the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool.

ORDER: -

Rc.No.1797/2017-Cl,- Whereas in the reference 1 st read above, the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has ordered an Inspection Under Section-52 of APCS Act 1964 on the affairs of The Kurnool Doctors Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., P.No. 1205 Kurnool.

Whereas in the reference 2nd read above the Assistant Registrar/Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer., Kurnool has submitted Inspection report Under Section 52 of The Kurnool Doctors Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., P.No. 1205 Kurnool,stating that the Society has remained dormant since several years, no records are available and finally recommended for winding up of the affairs of the Society . [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, April 10, 2018 Whereas in the reference 3rd read above, The District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has requested the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool to take action as per APCS Act 1964 for winding up of the affairs of The Kurnool Doctors Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., P.No.1205 Kurnool.

In view of the above and facts revealed by the Assistant Registrar/Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool and recommended for winding up of the affairs of the Society, I, Smt. K.Uma Maheswary, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies Kurnool by virtue of powers conferred on me Under Section 64 (2) (b) of APCS Act, 1964 do hereby ordered for winding up of the affairs of The Kurnool Doctors Cooperative House Building Cooperative Society Ltd., P.No. 1205 Kurnool and appoint Assistant Registrar-I, Office of the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool as Liquidator of the Society Under Section 65 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and She is instructed to take the charge of the records of the Society immediately and windup the affairs of the Society as per the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act and Rules 1964.

These orders will come into force with immediate effect and the Liquidator is instructed to submit the compliance report to this office at an early date.
