In the reference read above, the Director & Inspector General, Registration & Stamps has furnished proposals for finalization of provisional seniority list among the Direct Recruit District Registrars and Promotee District Registrars. Government, after examining the proposal, hereby decided to publish the provisional seniority list among the Direct Recruit District Registrars and Promotee District Registrars as under :-

April 10, 2018] ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 3The provisional seniority of District Registrars both appointed by Direct Recruitment and appointed by Promotion/transfer from the feeder categories, (inter-se seniority) has been prepared as per rules and records available in this office subject to outcome of SLPs/W Ps/OAs/CAs/RPs/appeals pending, if any, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court/High Court/APAT/Government as the case may be.
Representations, if any, regarding the provisional seniority of Direct Recruitment District Registrars and Promotee District Registrars shall be submitted within a period of (15) days from the date of publication of this order in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. No extension of time will be granted. If no objection is received from the individuals / incumbents in entity, it will be construed that the individual has no objections on the seniority and the same will be finalised as per rules in vogue.
