Rc. No. 1428/2017-C1,- Whereas in the Proceedings 1st read above orders were issued for winding up of the affairs of Venkateswara Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., P.No. 1613, L. Banda and Senior Inspector, Office of the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Dhone appointed as Liquidator of the Society Under Section 65 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964.
Whereas in the reference 2nd read above the liquidator has submitted the Final Closure Report of Venkateswara Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., P.No. 1613, L. Banda and recommended for cancellation of the Registration of the Society.
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, April 11, 2018In view of the above, by virtue of powers conferred on me Under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964, I, Smt. K. Umamaheswary, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kurnool, do hereby cancel the registration of Venkateswara Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., P.No. 1613, L. Banda The Society shall cease to exist as a corporate body from the date of issue of this order.
