SPECIFICATION OF THE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTORS IN THE COURTS OF I ADDITIONAL DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGES IN ALL THE DISTRICTS AND THE I ADDITIONAL METROPOLITAN SESSIONS JUDGE COURT IN VISAKHAPATNAM AND VIJAYAWADA, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTORS TO CONDUCT THE CASES IN CHILDREN'S COURTS.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 26 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby specify the Additional Public Prosecutors in the Courts of I Additional District & Sessions Judges in all the Districts in the State and the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada as Special Public Prosecutors for the purpose of conducting the cases in the Children's Courts.
