CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF THE NANDYAL VIDYANAGAR TEACHERS COOPERATIVE HOUSE BUILDING SOCIETY LTD., Q. No. 371, NANDYAL (V) & (M), KURNOOL DISTRICT.

Rc.No.3242/ 2012-B,- Whereas the affairs of the Nandyal Vidyanagar Teachers Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., Q.No.371, Nandyal (V)&(M), Kurnool District. Was ordered to wound up Under Section 64 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Nandyal has been appointed as liquidator of the society in the reference 1st read above.

Whereas vide reference 2nd read above the liquidator has submitted final closure report of the said society and recommended for final closure.

Whereas the liquidator in his report stated that the society is dormant since longtime and he issued a notice Under Section 66 rule 51 (B) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 for inviting claims and objections if any from members within stipulated time. But no claims received by him. He has taken action as per available audit report of the society for the year 2013-2014. There were liabilities worth Rs.5,45,938-51 and Assets worth Rs.5,61,337-34. He realized an amount of Rs.1,37,333-70 under F.D.in Kurnool District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Nandyal along with interest, Rs.1249-29 under S.B. A/c in Kurnool District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Nandyal and Rs.257-30 under current A/c in Kurnool District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Nandyal. The entire amount of Rs. 1,38,840-29 withdrawn from liquidator A/c 1212 in Kurnool District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Nandyal and Rs.856/- paid to Andhra Pradesh State Co-op union Hyderabad vide receipt No.1573, Dated: 26.08.2015 towards education fund, Rs.2020/- paid to Govt, vide Ch.No.20878 Dated: 01.09.2015 towards audit fees and Rs.9300/- paid to Govt vide Ch.No.13118 Dated: 07.07.2017 towards liquidation fees and the remaining surplus amount of Rs.1,26,664-29 transferred to D.L.F. a/c No.3438 in Kurnool District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Nandyal the liquidator written off the unrealizable assets and dropped all other liabilities.

Whereas duly considering the report of the liquidator I Sri B.Ramesh, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nandyal by virtue of powers conferred me Under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964, do here by order for cancellation of Registration of the Nandyal Vidyanagar Teachers Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., Q.No.371, Nandyal (V)&(M), Kurnool District and the society shall ceased to exist as a corporate body from the date of this order.
