DMA/RDMAs for inclusion in the panel year of 2017-2018 for appointment by transfer as Assistant Directors of Municipal Administration in the Category VII of A.P. Municipal Administration Service.
4. In view of the above, under Rule 10(a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, the following Superintendents are appointed by transfer temporarily as Assistant Directors of Municipal Administration in the Category VII of A.P. 5. The above appointments by transfer are subject to the following conditions:
1. That the appointments by transfer to the post of Assistant Director are in the exigency of service and purely on adhoc basis and subject to outcome of O.As/R.Ps./C.As/W.Ps/SLPs if any pending in courts.
2. That they shall liable to be replaced and reverted without assigning any reason and without any notice.
3. The individuals are informed that they should join in the new post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which they shall forego their promotion both for the present and future as per rule 11(b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
