VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT OF Sri P.B.V. PRASAD, SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER (I/C), RWS&S CIRCLE, GUNTUR WITH EFFECT FROM 30-4-2018 AN - PERMISSION ACCORDED.

Read the following: -

1. G.O.Rt.No.94, PR&RD (E.II) Dept., Dated : 5-2-2018. 2. From the ENC, RW S&S, A.P., Vij. Lr. No.Gl/RW S&S/3302/2013, Dated : 09.02.2018 together with reprn. Dated : 30.01.2018 of Sri P.B.V. Prasad, SE (I/c), RWS&S Circle, Guntur.

In the G.O. 1 st read above, Government have issued retirement Notification permitting Sri P.B.V. Prasad, Superintending Engineer (I/c), Rural Water Supply & Sanitation, to retire from service on 31.08.2018 on attaining the age of superannuation along with others.

2. In the Lr. 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply &Sanitation, A.P., Vijayawada, has stated that Sri P.B.V. Prasad, Superintending Engineer (I/c), RWS&S Circle, Guntur has made a representation stating that he has completed (37) years of service in the Department and presently working as S.E. on I/c basis without any allegations and break of service in his entire [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, April 30, 2018 service and due to his family problems, he has decided to retire from service on voluntary grounds and requested to permit him to retire from service on voluntary basis w.e.f 30.04.2018 AN.

3. The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply & Sanitation, A.P., Vijayawada, has further stated that there no pending disciplinary cases/ punishments awarded against the Officer and requested the Govt, to take further action.

4. In partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. 1 st read above and in the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief, RW S&S, A.P., Vijayawada in the letter 2nd read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby permit Sri P.B.V. Prasad, Superintending Engineer (I/c), R.W.S.&S. Circle, Guntur to retire voluntarily from Government service on 30-4-2018AN as I/c S.E. of R.W.S.&S. Dept., under Rule 43 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, subject to finalization of Govt, dues if any noticed at a later date / disciplinary cases, if any pending against the individual in the Dept, and he is also informed that no pension shall be payable to him, if he accepts commercial employment before expiry of (02) years, from the date of his retirement without prior sanction of Govt., as per Rule 10 of A.P.R.P. Rules, 1980.

5. The Engineer-in-Chief, R.W.S.&S., AP, Vij. shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.V) Department vide their U.O.No.34021/39/HR.V/2018, Dated : 20-4-2018.
