Rc.No. 4175 (A) / 2017 B,- W hereas it was brought to the notice of the under signed that The Industrial & Non Industrial Workers Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. No. D 1282, Rajahmundry is not functioning in accordance with its object and byelaws and the official PIC in the reference 1st cited has recommended to windup the affairs of the society in view of the Society Members are not interested to run the society and as the society has been not working for the last 18 years and no need to run the Society and requested to wind up the society .

Rajahmundry Therefore I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram in exercise of powers delegated in G.O.M.S. No.34 F&A (Coop IV) Department Dated : 16.1.1989 do hereby issued order U/s 64(2)(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to windup the affairs of The Industrial &Non Industrial Workers Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. No. D 1282, Rajahmundry East Godavari District with immediate effect and appointed Sri. G. Satyanaranarayanamurhty AR/ SDLCO sub division Rajamahendravaram as liquidator of the Society under Section 65 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act 1964. He shall take all further action as may be required and carry out process of liquidation as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964 to finally close the affairs of the society and submit final closing report to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram.

Rc.No. 4797/2017 B,- Whereas it was brought to the notice of the under signed that the Rajahmundry cooperative spinning mills staff and workers cooperative building society ltd.,No.D.1514.,Rajahmundry is not functioning in accordance with its object and byelaws and the Vice President of the society in the reference1 st cited has requested to windup the affairs of the society in view of the Society Members are not interested to run the society and as the society has been not working since 2014and no need to run the Society and requested to wind up the society.

And whereas the undersigned is opined that no useful purpose will be served by continuing the said society any more as the society is not running its affairs in pursuance of its objects for which it is registered it is seized to work and felt that it is necessary to windup its affairs of the Rajahmundry cooperative spinning mills staff and workers cooperative building society ltd., No. D.1514., Rajahmundry., and there was no objections were received against liquidation notice. Therefore I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram in exercise of powers delegated in G.O.M.S. No.34 F&A (Coop IV) Department Dated : 16.1.1989 do hereby issued order U/s 64(2)(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to windup the affairs of the Rajahmundry cooperative spinning mills staff and workers cooperative building society ltd.,No.D. 1514.,Rajahmundry East Godavari District with immediate effect and Appointed Sri. G. Satyanarayanamurthy Assistant Registrar /SDLCO Sub-Division Rajamahendravaram as liquidator under Section 65 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act 1964. He shall take all further action as may be required and carry out process of liquidation as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules , 1964 to finally close the affairs of the society and submit final closing report to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram.

SOCIETY Ltd. No. D 2341, RAJAHMUNDRY.

Ref :- 1. Letter of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (ACB) Rajamahendravaram Dated : 30.11.2017 along with Endorsement Of the SDLCO/ Rajamahendravaram. Dated : 1.12.2017.

Rc.No. 4963 / 2017 - B,- Whereas it was brought to the notice of the under signed that The AntiCorruption Bureau Department Employees Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. No. D 2341, Rajahmundry is not functioning in accordance with its object and byelaws of the Society. In the reference 1 st cited Deputy Superintendent of Police (ACB) Rajamahendravaram in his letter Dated: 31.11.2017 stated that the Society has been Registered with 11 members and the Society is not working since4 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, May 8, 2018 its inception. The members of the Society are also not working in the Department and some might have been retired. As such, at present there are no active members in the Society and nobody is interested and the records of the Society are also not available in that Office. No valid managing committee of the Society is functioning. Finally requested the undersigned to take further steps to liquidate the Society as per the Cooperative Societies Act.

And whereas the undersigned is opined that no useful purpose will be served by continuing the said society any more as the society is not running its affairs in pursuance of its objects for which it is registered and felt that it is necessary to windup its affairs of The Anti Corruption Bureau Department Employees Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. No. D 2341, Rajahmundry. Now, therefore I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram in exercise of powers delegated in G.O.M.S. No.34 F&A (Coop IV) Department Dated : l6.1.1989 do hereby issued order U/s 64(2)(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to windup the affairs of Anti Corruption Bureau Department Employees Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. No. D 2341, Rajahmundry and appoint the Sri. G. Satyanarayanamurhty Assistant Registrar/ SDLCO Sub Division, Rajamahendravaram, U/S 65(1) of the APCS Act 1964 as liquidator of the said society. The liquidator shall take all further action as may be required and carry out process of Liquidation as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to finally close the affairs of the society and submit final closing report to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajamahendravaram.
