Bye-Election to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council from Chittoor Local Authorities'
Constituency.
In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, I declare that Gali Saraswathi, W/o Late Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu, H.No.1-18, Venkatrama Puram Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh sponsored by Telugu Desam has been duly elected to fill the vacancy caused in the House of A.P. Legislative Council from Chittoor Local Authorities' Constituency by the death of Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu.
