Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri T. Sai Venkateswara Rao, whose name is included at Sl.No.2 in the panel of Assistant Secretary to Government (Non-cadre), Law Department for the panel year 2017-2018 in the reference 2 nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Deputy Secretary to Government (Non Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of Rs.56870-1460-58330-1560- 63010-1660- 67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520- 105810 with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy caused due to the promotion of Sri V.V. Durga Prasada Raju, Deputy Secretary to Government (Non-cadre), Law Department as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) in the reference 3rd read above.
