2. Final closure report dated: 02.04.2018 Liquidator of the society.

Rc.No.487/2017-B, - Whereas the affairs of the Sri Mathru Sree Mahila Super Bazar Ltd., Q.No.437, Yerraguntla (V) Sirivella (M), Kurnool District. Was ordered to wound up Under Section 65 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and the Assistant Registrar, O/o Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Allagadda has been appointed as liquidator of the society in the reference 1st read above.

Whereas vide reference 2 read above the liquidator has submitted final closure report of the said society and recommended for final closure.

Whereas the liquidator in his report stated that the society is dormant since longtime and he issued a notice Under Section 66 rule 51 (B) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 for inviting claims and objections if any from memberswithin stipulated time. But no claims received by him. He has taken action as per available audit report of the sociejty for the year 2005-2006. There were liabilities worth Rs.81,687.97 [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, May 05, 2018 and Assets worth Rs.35,585.41. The liquidator written off all assets and dropped all liabilities. Whereas duly considering the report of the liquidator I Sri B.Ramesh, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nandyal by virtue of powers conferred me Under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964, do here by order for cancellation of Registration of the Sri Mathru Sree Mahila Super Bazar Ltd., Q.No.437, Yerraguntla (V) Sirivella (M), Kurnool District, and the society shall ceased to exist as a corporate body from the date of this order.
