C.No : 47/OE PR/A2/2017, : - In the reference 1 st cited, Sri B. Satyanarayana, RI 'O.E 'B' Coy. of 5th.Bn. APSP., Vizianagaram was appointed as Enquiry Officer to conduct O.E Sri T. Krishnama Raju, PC 1240 'SDRF Coy. of this unit.

Accordingly the Enquiry Officer has completed the O.E and submitted his findings in the shape of minutes duly holding the charges against the delinquent as "PROVED" vide reference 4th. cited.

If you have failed to submit your final explanation within the stipulated time, it will be presumed that you have no further defense to offer and the final orders will be passed on the merits of the case.

Acknowledge the receipt of the memo along with minute copy on the duplicate copies at once and re-submit the same to Bn. Office for taking further necessary action.
