In exercise of powers conferred by G.O Ms No.115, dt.07.10.2003 of Govt.of Andhra Pradesh, APTRANSCO or their authorized representatives shall have powers for placing of the electric supply lines or electric plant for transmission of electricity for the purpose telephonic of telegraphic communications necessary for the proper co-ordination of works that the telegraphic authority possesses under the provisions of the Indian telegraphic act, 1885 (Central act-13 of 1885).
Any person interested / aggrieved may make representation to the Chief Engineer/Construction/APTRANSCO Vidyut Soudha, Vijayawada-520004, within two months from the date of publication of this notification.
Representations received after the due date will not be considered and APTRANSCO will take up the above works after due date with/without modifications as it deems after making enquiry, if necessary
