RE-CONSTITUTION OF "THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES FACILITATION COUNCIL (APMSEFC).

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 read with Section 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Act No.27 of 2006), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) for a period of two years with effect from 02-06-2018 to 01-06-2020 with the following members:
| 1. | Commissioner of Industries | Chairman |
| 2. | Managing Director, AP State Finance Corporation or his Nominee not below rank of Senior General Manager | Member |
| 3. | President, Federation of Andhra Pradesh Small Industries Association (FAPSIA) or his Nominee who shall be Executive Committee Member nominated by the President, FAPSIA | Member |
| 4. | Convener, State Level Bankers Committee or his Nominee not Member below rank of Assistant General Manager | |
| 5. | Nominee of the Commissioner of Industries not below the rank of Joint Director of Industries | Member |
The Council shall function at the office of the Commissioner of Industries, Vijayawada or any other designated place in A.P Capital region. The Council may also conduct proceedings at Visakhapatnam and Tirupathi as required.
