the Ex-Managing Committee of the society.

Deputy Registrar of Coop.'Societies, Kadapa.
4) Final closure report dt.2.5.2018 of Sri M.Prakash, Senior
Inspector, O/o SDLCO, Rayachoty.
ORDER:-
Rc.No.806/2017-E., Whereas in the reference 1 st read above the District Collector/District Election Authority, Kadapa has ordered for election to the managing committee of T.Sakibanda LCCS Ltd., Regd.No. 1213, T.Sakibanda, Chinnamandem (M), consequent on expiry of the term and appointed Election Officer to conduct elections to the managing committee of the society as per election schedule.
Whereas in the reference 2nd read above, Election officer has reported
[1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, June 13, 2018 that the none of the members of the said society are interested to participate elections and not showing any interest to run the affairs of the society and due to the society is dormant since several years and in view of the above the Election Officer has not conducted elections to the managing Committee of the society.
Whereas in the reference 3 rd cited, notice has been issued to the Ex- Managing Committee of the society calling for any objections why the affairs of the society shall not be windup. But no objections are received from the members of the society.
W hereas in the reference 4 th read above, the Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies, Kadapa has appointed Senior Inspector, office of the Sub Divisional Coop. Off icer, Rayachoty as a Liquidator to the T.Sakibanda LCCS Ltd., Regd.No. 1213, T.Sakibanda, Chinnamandem (M) to realize the assets and to discharge of liabilities of the said society as per the provisions of the APCS Act and to close the affairs finally.
Whereas in the reference 5 th read above, the Liquidator submitted final closure report of T.Sakibanda LCCS Ltd., Regd.No. 1213, T.Sakibanda, Chinnamandem (M). As seen from the report of the Liquidator, that there are no Govt, dues pending against the society, also there are no fixed or floating assets in the society and also there were no liabilities to any other financial institutions and the Liquidator has categorically stated that there was no possibility of revising the society and the Liquidator has recommended for its de-registration.
Therefore duly considering the report of the Liquidator of T.Sakibanda LCCS Ltd., Regd.No. 1213, T.Sakibanda, Chinnamandem (M) I Sri C.Guru Prakash Rao, Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies, Kadapa by virtue of powers vested in me G.O.Ms.No.34, Finance & Agricultural (Coop.IV) department dated 18-01-1989 u/s 68 of the APCS Act of 1964 do hereby cancelled the registration of T.Sakibanda LCCS Ltd., Regd.No. 1213, T.Sakibanda, Chinnamandem (M), YSR District.
The said society shall be ceased to exist a corporate body from the date of issue of order.
