1. Whereas, the Engineer-in-Chief, PR, Vijayawada, vide reference 2nd cited, have appointed the Deputy Chief Engineer, PR (Administration), O/o Engineer-in- Chief, PR, Vijayawada as Enquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against Sri P.V. Jaya Prakash, Assistant Engineer, O/o E-in-C, PR (absconding since 03.10.2016) vide reference 1st cited.
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, June 14, 2018 2. The Charges framed in the reference 1st cited and it's supporting documents are considered as material.3. In the reference 3rd cited, a Notice was issued to the Charged Officer to appear before the Enquiry Officer on 12.03.2018, but the Charged Officer has failed to attend the enquiry on this date.
4. You are therefore requested to appear before the Deputy Chief Engineer (Administration), O/o the Engineer-in-Chief (PR), Z.P. Compound, Bandar Road, Vijayawada (Enquiry Officer) at 11.00 A.M. on 29.06.2018 or within (15) days from the date of publication in Gazette, in the chambers of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Administration), O/o the Engineer-in-Chief (PR), ZP Compound, Bandar Road, Vijayawada.
5. The photo copy of this notice, duly signed by you, shall be returned to this office immediately in token of having receipt of this notice.
