EXEMPTED THE BOILER NO.AP/6328 (MAKERS NO.7269-72) AT M/s. HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD., VISAKHA REFINERY, AND VISAKHAPATNAM - EXEMPTION FROM SUB- SECTION (C) OF SECTION 6 OF BOILERS ACT, 1923 FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM 02.07.2017 TO 01.07.2018.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Indian Boilers Act, 1923, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempts the Boiler No.AP/6328 (Makers No.7269-72) at M/s.Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Visakha Refinery, Visakhapatnam - Exemption from Sub- section (c) of Section 6 of Boilers Act, 1923 for a period of One Year from 02.07.2017 to 01.07.2018, subject to the following conditions:
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, June 20, 20181) The inspection fee of Rs.54,750/- paid on 22.05.2017 for Boiler No. AP/6328 is adjusted towards inspection of Boiler and Steam pipe line during working carried out on 11.07.2017 of Dy.Chief Inspector of Boilers (Visakhapatnam Region), Visakhapatnam for the purpose of exemption.
2) During the exemption period, the Boiler shall be used in accordance to the provisions of the Boilers Act, 1923 the Boiler Attendant's Rules, 2011 and the Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2011.
3) Any repaid during the period of exemption shall be carried out only after obtaining the permission from the Director of Boilers, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
4) After the exemption period, the Boiler shall be offered for inspection.
