INCLUSION OF PEDANANDIPADU AND CHERUKUPALLI MANDALS INTO THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT AT PONNUR BY DELETING THE SAID TW O MANDALS FROM THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGES COURTS, BAPATLA AND REPALLE, RESPECTIVELY - CONSEQUENTIAL REVISED NOTIFICATION REDEFINING THE APPELLATE JURISDICTION OF SENIOR CIVIL JUDGES COURTS, BAPATLA AND REPALLE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, and in partial modification of all the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-1
