INCLUSION OF GONEGANDLA MANDAL INTO THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT, YEMMIGANUR BY DELETING THE SAME FROM THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT, PATTIKONDA - NOTIFICATION REDEFINING THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGES COURTS, YEMMIGANUR AND PATTIKONDA IN KURNOOL DISTRICT. Memo No.HOM01-23026/7/2018-Courts.A-HOME,- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 R/w sub-section (1) of Section 21 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), and in partial modification of all previous notifications issued on the subject, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby directs that with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification issued in the A.P.Gazette Extraordinary, the Junior Civil Judges Courts, Yemmiganur and Pattikonda shown at Column No.2 shall have and exercise the local jurisdiction over the Revenue Mandals shown at Column No.4 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II
