APPOINTMENT OF Sri AVULA KEERTHI SEKHAR, ADVOCATE AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF V ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, TIRUPATI.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L)
Department, Dated: 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby,
appoint Sri Avula Keerthi Sekhar, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for
the Court of V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, for a period
of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination
of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.30,000/-
(Rupees Thirty Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.44, Home
(Courts.A) Department, dated: 17-01-2018. The conditions of service of the said
prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions
issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated: 06-12-2000.
