AMENDMENTS TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH MINING SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 1999.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Mining Subordinate Service Rules, 1999 issued in G.O.Ms.No.205, Industries and Commerce (M.l) Department dt:22.06.1999 and subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules;-
(i) In rule-2 under Class-ll for the entries against SL.No.2 in Column Nos (1)(2) and (3), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

| 2. Surveyor | By Direct Recruitment. | Director of Mines and Geology |
the following entries in Columns (1)(2) and (3) shall be substituted, namely:-
| Class-ll Category 2 Surveyor | By Direct Recruitment. | Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Mining from any recognized University of India established (or) incorporated by or under a central or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. |
