ESTABLISHMENT OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT AT PUTTAPARTHY IN ANANTAPUR DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby establish a Court of Junior Civil Judge at Puttaparthy in the District of Anantapur as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms. No.80, Law (LA & J Home Courts C) Department, dated 10-7-2013 and G.O.Ms.No.295, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 28-10-2013, with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Puttaparthy in the District of Anantapur as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms. No.80, Law (LA & J Home (Courts C) Department, dated 10-7-2013 and G.O.Ms.No.295, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 28-10-2013, with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.
