NOTIFICATION

The below mentioned Deputy Director of Social Welfare, working in Ananthapuramu District shall retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years. The officer is hereby permitted to retire from service without prejudice to the disciplinary cases / ACB cases /Enquiries / Audit objections if any, pending against him and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings instituted if any, shall continue against him under rule 9(2) of the A. P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 ever after his retirement.
