GRANT OF RENEWAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES TAX FOR EXEMPTION FOR FURTHER PERIOD OF 3 YEARS FOR THE VEHICLE BEARING No.AP16 TW 1900 BELONGS TO ROTARY COMMUNITY SERVICE TRUST ROTARY EYE HOSPITAL, VUYYURU.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act, in respect of 'Vehicle bearing registration No.AP16 TW 1900 belongs to Motor Vehicle Tax exemption of Rotary Community Service Trust Rotary Eye Hospital, Vuyyuru' for a period of (3) three years with effect from the date of issue of these orders.
This exemption is granted subject to condition that this vehicle is being utilized by Rotary Community Service Trust Rotary Eye Hospital, Vuyyuru for transport the patients from their home to the hospital and to drop back them at their homes after the treatment.
This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.17023/131/FMU-TR&B/2018, Dt: 06.06.2018.
