RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS TO CONDUCT EXAMINATIONS OF BOILER ATTENDANT CLASS I & II.

ORDER:
In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 9 of the Boiler Attendants' Rules, 2011, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitutes the Board of Examinations for Boiler Attendant Examinations with the following Members :
1. The Director of Boilers — Ex-officio Chairman Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
2. The Deputy Chief Inspector of Boilers — Ex-officio Secretary (Power Boilers), O/o the Director of Boilers,
Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.

ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, July 5, 2018 32. The members are entitled to receive remuneration for discharging their duties connected with the Boiler Attendants' examinations, as per Rule 19 of The Boiler Attendants' Rules, 2011. The attending staff is also entitled to receive the remuneration for attending the additional duties connected with the Boiler Attendants' examinations on par with the other Government examinations.
3. The non-official members of the Board are eligible to draw travelling allowances etc., as per the rule 13 of Special Rules under Annexure-VI of APCS (TA)Rules, and Government orders issued from time to time.
4. The Chairman, Board of examiners and Director of Boilers, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati is the countersigning authority in respect of the Travelling Allowance Bills of non-official members.
5. The headquarters of the Board shall be at Vijayawada or at any place as decided by the Board from time to time.
6. The terms of office of non-official members shall be 3 years from the date of publication of notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
7. The expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account :
"2230 - Labour and Employment:
01 - Labour;
102 - Working conditions and safety;
05 - Chief Inspector of Boilers ;
111 - Travelling Allowance;
280 - Professional services'
284 - Other payments"
8. The Director of Boilers, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
