FINAL NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 107(2) (h) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and the same having been published as required under sub-section (1) of Section 212 of the said Act Vide G.O.Ms.No.25, TR&B (Tr-I) Department, Dated: 22-05-2018 and published in Part-I Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.424, Dated: the 24th May, 2018.
