NOTIFICATION

The following Draft variation of the Nellore Municipal Corporation General Town Planning Scheme/Master Plan which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms. No.11 MA&UD Dept., dated 07.01.2011, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act,2016. Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. DRAFT VARIATION

The site is falling in Sy.No.318/4 of Nellore Bit- I, Nellore Old Shadi Manzil & Municipal School site), Nellore admeasuring an area of 2082.24 Sq.mts. The boundaries of which are given in the schedule below, which was earmarked for Residential Use in General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Nellore Municipal Corporation sanctioned in G.O.Ms. No.11, MA&UD (H) Department, dated 07.01.2011, is now proposed to be designated as Commercial Land use by variation of Change of Land Use in revised part proposed Land use Map of GTP MMP No.2/2018/NUDA, available in the office of the Municipal Corporation, Nellore and Nellore Urban Development Authority, Nellore, subject to conditions as may be imposed by Vice Chairman, NUDA, Nellore.
