NOTIFICATION

The following Draft variation to the land use envisaged in the Master Plan of Visakhapatnam which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.345, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (H2) Department, Dated:30.06.2006, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act,2016.

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. DRAFT VARIATION

The proposed 100'-0" Master Plan road from Jagadamba Jn. to Queen Victoria Statue via Poorna Market in Block Nos. 4,5 and 9 of Godevari Ward, Block Nos, 6,7,8, 10,11,13 and 17 of Market Ward, Block No. 47 of Allipur Ward Block Nos 1,4 and 5 of Sivalayam Temple Ward, Block Nos 1,9 and 10 of Sitarama Swamy Temple Ward, Block Nos 1 & 2 of Chengalraopet Ward, Block Nos. 11,12,16,18,19,20,21 and 22 of Maharanipet Ward, Visakhapatnam Urban Mandal, Visakhapatnam District of VMR Master Plan sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.345 M.A. & U.D. (H2) Department, dt.30.06.2006 is now proposed for reduction to 60'-0" width by variation which was shown in Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region and which is available in the office of the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority, Visakhapatnam/ Office of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam.
