REVISED PROVISIONAL SENIORITY LIST OF GRADUATE DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ENGINEERS OF ZONE-III - COMMUNICATED - OBJECTIONS RECEIVED - DISPOSED - CONFIRMED AND COMMUNICATED.

Memo. No.Ser.III(1)/7703/13-, The Seniority list of Graduate Deputy Executive Engineers of Zone-III was confirmed and communicated subject to final outcome of O.As/ W.Ps./SLPs., if any, pending in the Courts/ Tribunal, vide this office reference1st cited, In Pursuance to the Hon'ble High Court/Hon'ble APAT orders in the reference2nd cited and based on the orders of the Government in the reference 3 rd cited, the revised Provisional Seniority list of Graduated Deputy Executive Engineers of Zone-III was communicated vide reference 4th cited, duly calling objections.

In response to the above Provisional Seniority List, the following individuals have submitted their objections.

1. Sri G.Brahmaiah, Dy.E.E. (PR) of Zone-III.

Gist of objection: He has submitted that he acquired M.E.(Structure) from Andhra University during 1990 and requested to consider his PG qualification. He enclosed Xerox copy of provisional certificate of M.E. qualification.

Reply: His PG qualification is considered and he is placed in 1996-1997 panel year at Sl.No.102.

Gist of objection: He has submitted that he was promoted as Dy.E.E. on 09.04.1999 in PG quota and requested to keep in integrated seniority list ahead of Sri G.Girinath (Sl.No.138) who got promoted in August 1999.

Reply: The promote panel of Dy.E.Es. is re-casted based on the confirmed seniority list of A.E.Es. dated 2.4.2018 of Zone-III. In the said re-casting, his name has not come up for consideration up to the panel year 2001-2002. His name may be examined in further re-casting of Dy.E.E. Promote panels with reference to occurrence of vacancy and RoR and as per rules.

Hence, his objection is rejected.

3. Sri D.Ravindra Babu, Dy.E.E.(PR) of Zone-III On deputation in SSA, Tirupathi.

4. Sri G.Vijaya Lazarus, Dy.E.E. of RWS&S Dept. On deputation in Commissioner, Rural Development

Both the objections are one and same as follows:

Gist of objection:They have submitted that they were appointed as A.E.Es. in Zone-IV through APPSC 1989 batch and promoted as Dy.E.Es during 1998. Later, they were repatriated to their local zone i.e. Zone-III under GO-610. They have requested to protect their seniority in the Zone and not to implement GO-610. Further they have requested to follow communal roster and protect their seniority in Zone-III and place them under 1998-99 panel year.

Reply: The above individuals were initially appointed as A.E.Es. in Zone-IV and later promoted as Dy.E.Es. During 2008 all the non-locals were repatriated to their respective local zones under GO-610. That, the above (2) individuals were repatriated to their local Zone i.e. Zone-III under GO-610. The seniority list of A.E.Es. of Zone-III was revised and confirmed on 2.4.2018. Based on the confirmed seniority of AEEs of Zone-III, dated 2.4.2018 the promote panel of Dy.E.E. is recasted upto panel year 2001-2002. In the said recasting they have not find placement upto panel year 2001-2002. Their names may be examined in further re-casting of Dy.E.E. Promote panels with reference to occurrence of vacancy and RoR and as per rules.

Hence, their objection is rejected.

Further, it is informed that, Sri A.Chowdaraiah, Dy.EE. who absconded w.e.f.12.12.1994 and his vacancy has been taken for the panel year 1994-95 (Number of vacancies 24 in that panel year) further Sri K.Ramesh, DEE was absconded from duties w.e.f. 01.09.1997. Hence his vacancy was taken in the panel year 1997-98 (Number of vacancies 13 in that panel year).

Further, Sri K.Purshotham acquired M.Tech, during 1988. Hence, his name is considered against PG point during panel year 1988-89 at Sl.No.57 instead of 1984-85 (Sl.No.48).

Further, the PG slot, which was reserved for PG quota at Sl.No.48 in the panel year 1984-85 is filled as per seniority, since there is no PG candidate available.

Therefore, the revised provisional seniority list of Deputy Executive Engineers of Zone-III communicated vide reference 4th cited, is hereby confirmed.

The Confirmed seniority list of Deputy Executive Engineers of Zone-III now communicated is subject to outcome of OAs/WPS/SLPs if any pending before the Hon'ble APAT/High Court of Andhra Pradesh/Supreme Court of India.

CONFIRMED SENIORITY LIST OF DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ENGINEERS OF ZONE-III-COMMUNICATED- ERRATUM.

Memo. No.Ser.III(1)/7703/13-, The following Erratum to the confirmed seniority list of Deputy Executive Engineers of Zone-III communicated vide reference cited is issued with immediate effect due to inclusion of Sri Y.Prabhakara Rao in the appropriate place.

E R R A T U M

1. In the confirmed seniority list, the Sl.No.71 Sri K.Ravi Babu may be read as Sl.No.71 Sri Y.Prabhakara Rao

2. In Sl.No.93 in place of Sri Ch.Amareswara Rao, Sri G.Venu is considered for PG quota and Sri Ch.Amareswara Rao is placed as per seniority in Sl.No.96 Accordingly, the subsequent Sl.Nos. from 72 to 144 is corrected by changing Sl.No.71 to 143 duly observing the 9th place for PG slot (i.e. Sl.Nos. of PG slots will not change)
