NOTIFICATION

Read the following :-

1. Resolution passed 192 nd meeting of Board of Directors of Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation held on 25.09.2017.

2. From the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Letter No. SWC/E1/172/2015 Dated : 23.10.2017.

3. From the Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh, DO Lr No. 223/18/ OPINION No. 38 of 2018, Dated : 28.06.2018.

In the reference 1 st read above, the Managing Director, AndhraPradesh State Warehousing Corporation has informed that the Board of Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation in its meeting took notice of various aspects and the interest of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, July 19, 2018 Corporation, which is nothing but Public Interest, has unanimously resolved for enhancement of the age 58 to 60 years with prospective effect i.e., from the date of the amendment to the Regulation No.15 of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965.

In the letter reference 2 nd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation has requested the Government to accord necessary sanction and issue orders as contemplated under Section 42 of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962, for effecting the amendment to the Regulation No. 15 of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965 so as to enhance the age of superannuation of the employees of the Corporation from 58 years to 60 years from the date of amendment to the said Regulation.

After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation to amend Regulation No. 15 of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965 in order to enhance the age of superannuation from 58 years to 60 years to the employees of Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation with prospective effect.

These orders shall come into force prospectively after amending the relevant regulations / bye-laws.

The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation shall take further necessary action in the matter.
