ELECTION SCHEDULE FOR CONDUCT OF CASUAL VACANCY OF MEMBER (CO-OPTED) OF MADAKASIRA MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD IN ANANTHAPURAMU DISTRICT.
NOTIFICATION
No. 45/SEC-B1/2016-43: In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 200 and 201 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Act 13 of 1994) read with and Andhra Pradesh Conduct of Election of Member (Co-opted), President and Vice-President of Mandal Praja Parishad and Members (Co-opted), Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of Zilla Praja Parishad Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 173, P.R. & R.D. (Elections) Department, dated 10.5.2006, the State Election Commissioner, hereby, directs any Gazetted Officer of the Government authorised by the Collector and District Election Authority of Ananthapuramu to conduct election to the casual vacancy of Member (Co-opted), Mandal Praja Parishad, Madakasira in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said rules and the election schedule is specified in the Annexure appended to this
