GOVERNMENT ORDERED FOR AMENDMENT TO REGULATION No.15 of APSWC EMPLOYEES REGULATION 1965.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section(l) of Section-42 of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962) and with the sanction of the Government of Andhra Pradesh accorded to amend the Regulation No.15 of Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965, by giving effect to the said amendment prospectively, vide G.O.Ms.No.510, Agriculture & Cooperation (Mktg.l) Department, dated 18.07.2018, the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation hereby makes the following amendment of the Regulation 15 under Chapter-ll of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965.
AMENDMENT
The Regulation 15 of Chapter-ll of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation Employees Regulations, 1965, hereby stands substituted with the following :
" (i). Every employee shall retire on completion of the age of sixty years."
