GRANT OF EXEMPTION OF TAX OF MOTOR VEHICLE TAX IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE BEARING REGISTRATION No. AP 37 TE 9494 (18 SEATER) BELONGS TO M/s GUPTA FOUNDATION, ELURU, W.G. DISTRICT , (DISTRICT BLINDNESS CONTROL SOCIETY (DBCS),WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT) FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act, in respect of 'vehicle bearing Registration No AP 37 TE 9494 (18 seater) belongs to M/s Gupta Foundation, Eluru, W.G. District , (District Blindness Control Society (DBCS), West Godavari District) for a period of (3) three years with effect from the date of issue of these orders.
This exemption is granted subject to condition that this vehicle is being utilized for transportation of patients of various places in the district to the Eluru district head quarters hospital, who needs surgery, and drop them back to their respective places on free of cost.
