SANCTION OF NEW PRIVATE DEGREE COLLEGE FOR W OMEN BY NAME "AVADHUTA KONDAIAH SWAMY DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN" AT RAJAKOTTALU VILLAGE, VISWANATHAPURAM PANCHAYAT OF CHAPADU MANDAL, KADAPA DISTRICT FROM THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-19.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under schedule-100 of Education Act, 1982 and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby considered the proposal and accord permission to the Management of Nandi Educational Society, Nandyal for establishing a new Private Degree college for Women by name "Avadhuta Kondaiah Swamy Degree college for Women" at Rajakottalu Village, Viswanathapuram Panchayat of Chapadu Mandal, kadapa District from the academic year 2018-19 in relaxation of Section 20 of the A.P. Education Act 1982 as a special case to promote women education in remote area in Kadapa.
The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District shall take further action accordingly.
