AUTHORIZING OF OFFICERS NOT BELOW THE RANK OF DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE TO FUNCTION AS INVESTIGATING OFFICER ON A COMPLAINT GIVEN BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY UNDER THE SAID ACT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 60B of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act, 1967 (Act No. 1 of 1967) as subsequently amended and of all other powers hereunto enabling and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.126, Home (Legal.II) Department, Dt: 15.11.2016, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby authorizes all the officers not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to function as investigating officers on the complaint filed by the "Competent Authority" under the said Act.
